校园暴力产生原因探析

由校园暴力的特殊性所决定 ,学校对校园暴力的产生负有首要责任 ,教育模式的明显功利性、教师权威的负面作用 ,以及教师队伍建设中的漏洞 ,均是校园暴力得以产生的重要原因。而家庭和社会对校园暴力亦负有不可推卸的责任。无论是家庭教育的失败、家庭结构的缺陷 ,还是暴力文化的泛滥、大众传媒的影响等 ,都是校园暴力的重要致因。此外 ,主体自身生理、心理素质 ,对于决定其能否抵御外界各种不良影响 ,是否实施暴行具有根本意义。因此 ,防治校园暴力 ,需要学校、家庭和社会三方面协同努力。

Research on the Causes of Campus Violence

Schools should bear the greatest responsibility for campus violence due to its peculiar characteristics, in another word, the obvious utilitarianism of educational model, minus influence of teachers' authority and shortcomings occurred when constructing teaching faculties are all the important factors leading to campus violence. Of course, families and society also bear inescapable responsibilities for it. Not only the failure of family education and defect of family structure, but also the prevailing violence culture and influence of mass media, ect., all result in the occurrence of campus violence. Furthermore, it is up to the subjects' personal factors such as their physical health and psychological quality to decide whether they would produce violence or not.Therefore, in order to prevent and punish campus violence, schools, families and society should join hands to make efforts together.
