中国井冈山干部学院正式办学5年来的办学经验是：必须始终按照中央的办学要求和功能定位办学,必须紧紧围绕党和国家的工作大局开展教育培训,必须深入挖掘和充分利用井冈山及其周边的资源优势,不断形成学院教学特色,必须始终坚持实施人才强院战略,建设一支高素质的师资和培训管理队伍,必须始终重视教学基础建设,为干部教育培训提供有力保障,必须始终坚持从严治院、从严施教、从严管理,形成科学高效的教育培训运行机制,必须始终坚持有效整合与利用院外资源,为学院办学提供有利的外部环境。学院要在总结经验的基础上,进一步思考和探究＂井冈模式＂的科学内涵,并举全院之力,进一步精心打造＂井冈模式＂。
