| 摘 要： | 农业合作社的广泛存在及其深度发展，已越来越多的受到各国立法与学界的关注。农业合作社经历数百年发展，已逐渐由自发走向有序，在不断壮大与走向规范的同时实现向纵深发展，并不断彰显其发展优势。农业合作社为农业发展、农村进步及农民收入提高发挥显著作用，其充分发展离不开国家立法的合理规范和在财政、税收方面的积极引导。
