| 摘 要： | 修订后的刑事诉讼法确立了未成年人犯罪记录封存制度。在完善未成年犯罪记录封存制度的同时，也应当建立具有我国特色的“未成年人犯罪消灭制度”，从而实现对未成年人权益的保障。

| Abstract: | The revised Criminal improving the system of sealing criminal records＂ with Chinese Procedure Law has established a system of sealing juvenile criminal records. While juvenile criminal records,we should also set up a ＂system of elimination of juvenile characteristics so as to realize the protection of juvenile interests. |
