| 摘 要： | 多党合作制度特殊的执政——参政的政党合作关系结构及其独特的体系功能和运行功能为维护政治平衡、实现政局稳定开拓了道路。多党合作制度在提高中国共产党执政水平的同时也促进了各民主党派、无党派人士参政水平的提高。这两方面的发展为多党合作制度本身的系统循环有积极意义,它为中国特色社会主义民主的建设起了重要的作用。
