| 摘 要： | 情景预防是指对某些高发生率的犯罪通过改造可能诱发犯罪发生的情景来减少犯罪的犯罪预防方法。“两抢一盗”犯罪的情景因素包括：犯罪人、被害人、影响犯罪的时空因素和社会控制力度。采取减少犯罪机会、加大犯罪难度、增加犯罪成本及降低犯罪预期回报等措施，可以有效控制“两抢一盗”犯罪。

| Abstract: | Situational prevention is a way of crime prevention which retorms the causing crimes, to reduce the occurrence of crimes. The circumstance factors of ＂Robbery, grabbing and theft＂ include the criminal, the victim, space-time factors and social control force. To control the crimes of ＂robbery, grab and theft＂, we should decrease criminal chances, improve the difficulty of crime, increase the cost of crime and lessen the criminal anticipation avails. |
