| 摘 要： | 科技创新已经成为安徽区域经济转型的主要推进器。该文结合调研情况,分析了合芜蚌自主创新综合配套改革试验区建设中取得的经验和面对的问题,从提升试验区示范和引领作用,加强部际协调和省部会商,结合经济结构调整和产业结构升级,探索高效的科技成果转化机制,充分发挥政府和市场机制的双重作用等方面,提出了推进试验区建设,完善安徽区域创新体系方面的相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | Sci-tec innovation has already become the main propeller for the transformation of Anhui province's regional economy. This paper analyzes the experiences obtained and issues faced during the construction of Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu Comprehensive Supplementary Reform Pilot Site and puts forward relevant suggestions to boost the construction of the pilot site as well as improve the regional innovation system of Anhui province. |
