| 摘 要： | 如何缓解警察的心理压力,维护警察的心理健康,提升警察的战斗力和工作效率,已经成为各级公安机关需要解决的一个重要课题。借鉴国外和港台地区的企业及警察组织通行的员工帮助计划(EAP),立足于我国公安机关目前心理健康工作的实际情况,对各级公安机关全面、系统地建设和发展EAP进行可行性分析,认为在我国公安机关建设和发展EAP具有可行性。

| Abstract: | The way to alleviate the psychological pressure of police and enhance the combat effectiveness and efficiency of police needs to be resolved by public security organs as a significant issue.From learning EAP which is organized and executed by corporation and police at abroad and Hong Kong,focusing on the fact of psychological health of internal public security organs,it is found that the construction and development of EAP in public security organs is feasible. |
