| 摘 要： | 影响企业技术创新的因素除了物质资本和人力资本外,还有一个被忽略的重要因素——社会资本。社会资本为技术创新研究提供了新的方向。文章将社会资本理论融入到技术创新理论中,探讨了企业在技术创新过程中信息需求与技术创新之间的关系,试图为企业技术创新提供新的视野和思路。

| Abstract: | Besides physical capital and human capital,another important factor that influences enterprises' technological innovation is social capital,which is usually neglected.The social capital,however,provides a new research direction for technological innovation.By combining the theory of social capital with that of technological innovation,this paper reveals the relation between technological innovation and necessary information so as to provide new idea for enterprises' technological innovation. |
