中外警察教育比较研究（下）

通过对中外警察在教育训练理念、制度、模式、内容、保障和绩效方面的比较分析，国外警察教育对我们的启示主要有：坚持学历教育与培训教育协调发展的方针；要真正把“科教强警”落到实处；注重依法推进正规化建设；大力强化学生（学员）的实战能力培养；牢牢把握警察教育的脉搏；积极推进师资队伍和警察文化建设。

Comparative Studies on Police Education in China and Foreign Countries

After studying the concept, systems, modes, contents, safeguards and achievements of police training in China and foreign countries, the members of the program get the following enlightenment. A policy of combining education with record of formal schooling with training should be adopted. The concept of developing the police with science and education should be executed into practical work. The police education should be carried out legally and standardly. The cultivation of trainees＇ actual combat capacity should be strengthened. General trend of police education should be followed. Faculty members should be improved and police culture should be fostered.
