| Abstract: | Be having a lot of problem but in the field of developing the pattern,infrastructural facilities,harmonizing mechanism and so on,must accelerate infrastructure construction therefore though Tu Men City river regional economic cooperation having got certain achievement,the bottleneck the passage pushing forward Hunchun's being built,resolving a financing,opens up to Russia economy and trade cooperation,promotes thereby being the area acceleration's turn to develop. |
