| 摘 要： | 目前监狱管理中罪犯漏罪问题越来越突出,罪犯漏罪的存在影响了刑罚目的的实现,同时严重影响监狱安全。在监管实践中,除了罪犯漏罪管辖冲突较为突出外,漏罪的侦查存在诸多问题。罪犯漏罪侦查必须实现罪犯漏罪立案侦查的必然性,罪犯漏罪侦查协作的有效性,罪犯漏罪侦查的效益最佳性。

| Abstract: | It is more serious issue of remaining criminal in prison.It affect seriously the goal of penalty and the security of the prison.In the regulatory practice,the conflict of jurisdiction of remaining criminal stand out.There are some issues in investigation of remaining criminal.Author believes that remaining criminal must to be detected,the collaboration must to be effected and the effectiveness of investigation must be first best. |
