| 摘 要： | 刑事强制措施制度是刑事诉讼制度的重要组成部分,是刑事诉讼的保障体系,是实现刑事诉讼目的的重要手段。刑事强制措施制度的本质体现了实现刑罚与保障人权的对立统一关系,因而,在实现国家刑罚权的同时要最大限度地实现人权保障,必须完备刑事强制措施制度体系,即选择适用准确、补救措施得当。

For the relationship, the criminal coercive measures system must be perfected. |
