| 摘 要： | 构建社会治安防控体系要夯实公安基础工作,完善巡逻防控网络、信息网络和矛盾纠纷排查、调解网络等三大网络。在实际中要把治安防控体系的建设纳入政府行为;构建五道严密的防控网;建立高效运作的警务机制;建立强有力的保障机制。

| Abstract: | Constructing prevention and control system of social public order requires sound basic work of public security,perfecting such three networks as prevention and control network of patrol,information network and network of investigating and mediating contradictions.In practice,the construction of prevention and control system of social public order should be brought into government activities;five tight prevention and control networks should be constructed;efficient mechanism of police affairs should be established and powerful guarantee mechanism be set up. |
