| 摘 要： | 结果加重犯是大陆法系刑法学界一个极具争议的问题，而结果加重犯的中止形态又是该问题中最复杂的问题之一。以犯罪中止为视角来论述结果加重犯的犯罪中止问题，则结果加重犯的犯罪中止形态可具体分为中止犯的结果加重犯和结果加重犯的中止犯。

| Abstract: | The discontinuation crime of offence aggravated consequence is one of the most disputed problems.If we research the offence aggravated consequence by the view of discontinuation crime,we can find there is discontinuation crime in the offence aggravated consequence,including the discontinuation crime of offence aggravated consequence and the offence aggravated consequence of discontinuation crime. |
