| 摘 要： | 现代大学制度强调学术自治和学术自由,要求实行开放,实现以人为本。我国法律赋予了高校工会独立的社会团体法人身份。高校工会要找准自身在学校运作和管理中的定位,以社团法人身份独立参与现代大学的建章立制,完善缓冲功能,服务于教学科研,推动校务公开,培育职业道德和校园人文精神,为创建现代大学制度与和谐校园做出贡献。

| Abstract: | The modern system of higher educational institutions emphasizes academic selfgovernment and academic freedom and requests exoteric attribute and people-oriented environment.The Staff Union in Chinese higher educational institutions is legally set up as an independent corporation aggregate,and so Staff Unions should make good self-orientation in college operation and management,participate in rule-and-regulation making,perfect the function of cushion,serve teaching and academic research,promote the publicity of college affairs,develop professional ethics and campus humanism.Staff Unions should make contributions to creating a modern system of higher educational institutions and a harmonious campus. |
