经济全球化与法学的演进

本文以唯物史观为理论根据，揭示了经济全球化与法学演进的内在联系，从四个方面论述了两者互动的发展规律：１．第一轮经济全球化与法学的独立；２．第二轮经济全球化与法学的分科；３．第三轮经济全球化与法学的多元；４．第四轮经济全球化与法学的更新。

The Economic Globalization and the Development of Law

Based on historical materialism, this paper expose the inter_relationship between economic globalization and the evolution of the science of law. The author tries to elaborates the law of inter_action of the two in the following four aspects: The first round of ecnomic globalization and the independence of the science of law;Second round of economic globalization and division of law into various subjects; Third round of economic globaliztion and pluralisation of the science of law;Fourth round of economic globalization and renovation of the science of law.
