| Abstract: | The transformation from the planned economy to the market economy in China produced the great affect on all the aspects in the social life. A series of great changes on the aspects including the property right relation?labor relation and the social structure during the rotation type period in the society is the challenge as well as the opportunity for the Chinese trade union. The Chinese trade union should catch hold of the opportunity and be brave in the innovation and bring its important into full play. |
