| 摘 要： | 美国、英国、德国、瑞士、新加坡、韩国等国政府采购制度的法律体系、基本原则、机构设置、采购流程、采购方式等有很大的异同。政府采购制度的国际比较可以从采购制度法律体系的完善,某些社会政策目标的落实,监督、执行、仲裁机构的完善和独立等方面给我们以借鉴和启示。

| Abstract: | The legal system, basic principle, organization structure, procedure and pattern of government purchase have great similarities and differences to U.S.A., Britain, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, S. Korea, etc. The international comparison of the government purchase system can give us enlightenment in many aspects, which include perfection of purchase legal system, implementation of some society policies, perfection and independence of supervising, executing, arbitration organs, etc. |
