以语录体和对话文体为主的《论渤，记录了孔子及其弟子的言行，集中体现了孔子的政治主张、伦理思想、道德观念及教育原则等。再读《论语》，对照目前高校统战工作，尤其是党外干部队伍建设实务，仍有一定的启迪和借鉴作用。本文通过解读《论语》，结合高校统战工作实务，探讨党外干部队伍建设的基本原则和有效途径。
