| 摘 要： | 评判侦查程序中检警关系构建是否合理的标准应为是否有利于侦查程序目的的实现,本文以侦查程序的三重目的来设定侦查程序中理想的检警关系所应具备的功能,并依此功能设定分析我国现行检警关系所存在的缺陷,进而提出优化我国侦查程序中检警关系的具体构想。 |
