走出建设节约型政府的“误区”

建设节约型政府,首先必须走出存在的"误区",譬如政府部门节能无"潜力"可挖、政府错误决策是正常的交"学费"、政府职能转变与节约型政府没有关系、繁文缛节、文山会海不属于浪费、政府浪费与改善民生没有关系等。在实践中应采取以下措施:善抓体制机制创新管理、细抓日常些微处的管理、重抓职务消费管理、狠抓政府性投资建设项目管理、常抓办公消费管理、突出抓内涵式精简节约的管理。

Dispelling Mistaken Ideas about Conservation-Conscious Government

To build a conservation-conscious society,government officials must first dispel mistaken ideas that there is not potential for government organs to tap for energy-saving,that incorrect decision-making is considered by some officials the price the government should pay,that changing the functions of the government has no bearing on conservation-conscious government,and that red tape and a mountain of paper work and a sea of meetings do not belong to waste,and wasteful use of government resources has no bearing on improving the people's livelihood.To solve above-mentioned problems,we should do good management of restructuring and mechanism innovation,government investment and administrative expenses,and make greater efforts to practise strict economy and combat waste.
