| 摘 要： | 本文从四个方面论述了“党执政后的最大危险是脱离群众”这个马克思主义的重要观点．一是人心向背是决定一个政党、政权兴衰成败的根本因素；二是党的自身状况的变化增加了党脱离群众的危险；三是当前党群干群关系中存在的突出问题表明“最大危险已一定程度上成为事实”；四是努力发挥党密切联系群众的最大政治优势，以化解和避免党的“最大危险”。
