国有企业经营权探析

国有企业经营权问题仍然是我国经济体制改革的核心问题。围绕这一重要内容,本文在引出国有企业经营权问题的前提下,论述了经营权的概念、经济内涵及国有企业经营权的基本特征,提出了国有企业经营权的有效组织形式和合理选择及建立与市场经济相适应的国有企业经营权组织形式的对策建议。本文认为市场化取向的国企改革必然消除长期以来国有企业所有权单一化所造成的诸多弊端,实现所有权与经营权的相对分离,最终彻底完成由传统国有企业向现代企业制度的转变。

A Study On The Bussiness Right Of State-owned Enterprise

The bussiness right of state-owned enterprise is the key problem of the reform in China.Based on the concept,meaning,character of the bussiness right of state-owned enterprise,this paper makes a whole study on the problem its mentioned above.Finally,the author poses some effective measures to make the state-owned enterprise to enhance its performance.The paper holds the views that the reform focuses on the bussiness right of state-owned enterprise is certainly to strengthen the market competition and better the effection of the state-owned enterprise,and to realize the modem enterprise institution.
