军队发展党员和党员管理工作要科学化

当前,军队党员发展和管理工作中存在着入党动机多元、发展党员标准降低、受负面影响较大、党员队伍结构不合理、个别基层党组织功能有所弱化等问题。要解决这些问题,必须加强筹划指导,在新的起点上加强发展党员和党员管理工作;严把党员"入口"关,从源头上保证党员队伍的先进性和纯洁性;健全落实党员管理机制,不断增强党员队伍的生机活力;加强一线战斗堡垒,着力提高基层党组织管理党员的能力。

Improve Military Party Member Development and Management

Multiple problems exist in military party member development, including divers motives in joining the party, reduced standard of member recruitment, increased negative impact, irrational structure of members, and weak- ened organization on grassroots levels. To solve these problems, efforts should be made in strengthening guidance planning, strict entrance examining, and improving grassroots managing, therefore ensuring the advanced nature and purity of the party members, strengthening the ＂frontline fighting force＂.
