不良公共政策利益导向的矫正

公共政策的利益导向关乎大众百姓的切身利益。实践中,不良公共政策利益导向严重危害公共政策系统,加剧公共政策的非公共性,导致社会阶层间的对立和冲突。究其原因,主要是由于部分公权力发生异化、法律法规相对薄弱、社会价值观发生扭曲等因素所致。因此,应建立合理的公共政策评估体系,加强对权力异化的遏制;规范法律法规,增加政策透明度,强化对公共政策的监管,进而使我国公共政策利益导向集聚更多正能量。
