近年来,福州文化创意产业发展优化在产业规模、产业结构、区域布局、园区发展模式等方面取得了一定成效,但同时也面临着投融资渠道不畅、产业集约化程度不高、政策体系不完善、人才结构不尽合理等问题。因此,必须优化投融资模式,破解资金难题;优化产业集约,提升产业集约化发展水平;优化产业政策环境,完善政策体系;优化人才结构,形成文化人才竞争优势。

Strategies of Creative Cultural Industry Development A Case Study of Fuzhou City

In recent years, optimization of creative cultural industry development in Fuzhou has made achieve- ments in its scale, structure, regional distribution, and development models. However, many problems remain un- solved, including the lack of effective financing channels, low level of industrial intensification, incomplete regulation and policy system, and ineffective personnel structures. Efforts should be made in optimizing financing modes, in- crease the level of intensification, improve the policy system and investment environment, and therefore foster opti- mized advanced personnel strucures.
