On the Organization and Administration of Security Duties

As a new force of social service, the security service of our country grows out of nothing, experiences many years' trials and hardships, is now in the ascendant and becomes the indispensable effectives to social public security system. The key to security service is whether or not it can grow and expand steadily and carry out security duties with high quality. This article discusses the relative problems of security duties' organization forms and administration system, the purposes of which are to provide theoretical basis andreferences for developing and carrying out security duties.
