| 摘 要： | 地方保护主义损害了公平的市场竞争环境 ,破坏国家法律运行机制的正常进行 ,本质上是对国家整体利益的损害。解决地方保护主义的根本途径是完善我国的宪法监督机制 ,规定严格的违宪责任。

| Abstract: | Local protectionism impairs the environment of fair market competition and destroys the working mechanism of national law. It essentially does harm to the entire interest of the country. The basic way to solving the problem of local protectionism is to better the supervision mechanism of constitution in China and to formulate the liability for the unconstitutional conduct. |
