公文写作研究有待深化

公文写作从属于实用写作 ,研究公文写作具有非常重要的实用价值。公文是用于公务活动的文书。对于公文写作而言 ,难的不是格式和语言 ,而是内容的设定。公文内容的质量 ,取决于写作主体的认识能力。认识能力建筑在理论素养、业务素养和调查研究能力、抽象思维能力基础之上。目前 ,公文写作研究有待进一步深化 ,即 :由本体研究向边缘研究拓展 ;由有形研究向无形研究拓展 ;由经验研究向理性研究拓展 ;由纵向研究向横向研究拓展 ;由平面研究向立体研究拓展。

Research on Official Document Writing Remains to Be Deepened

Official document writing is subordinate to applied writing. Doing research on official document writing is of greatly pragmatic value. Official document is applied to official activities. As far as official document writing is concerned, the difficulty is the determination of the contents rather than the formation and language. The quality of contents of official document is decided by the cognitive ability of the writer. Cognitive ability is based on the theoretical quality, professional quality, and the ability of fact-finding and research, and the ability of abstract thought. At present, research on official document writing needs to be deepened further, that is: expanding from thing-in-itself research to frontier research, expanding from tangible research to intangible research, expanding from experiential research to rational research, expanding from vertical research to horizontal research, and expanding from plane research to three-dimensional research.
