| Abstract: | Chinese "Regulations on the Administration of Urban Houses' Demolition and Relocation" doesn't legislatively classify the nature of demolition and relocation and doesn't involve the right of use of land in terms of the scope of compensation for demolition and relocation. In practical operation, the element of population and the poor quality of houses for resettlement are taken into consideration. |
