| 摘 要： | 作为我国监督体系的组成部分之一 ,群众监督在反腐败斗争中具有特殊的重要性 ,但由于种种原因 ,群众监督的现状并不尽如人意。为切实加强群众监督 ,遏制权力腐败 ,必须做到进一步加强法制宣传、普法教育 ,使人民群众自觉行使法律赋予的监督权 ;为人民群众依法行使监督权创造条件、提供方便 ;确保群众实施监督所需要的知情权、质询权等。

| Abstract: | As one component of Chinese supervision system, supervision by mass plays a special part in fighting against corruption. However, because of various reasons, the current situation of supervision by mass is not satisfactory. Then the means to completely intensify the supervision by mass and check the power corruption are as follows: a) further strengthening legal propaganda and law dissemination education so that the mass conscientiously, actively and effectively exercise the right of supervision granted by law; b) creating favorable conditions and providing convenience for the mass to legally exercise the right of supervision; c) granting the mass certain rights such as the right of knowing the fact of the case, the right of questioning so as to exercise the supervision. |
