浅谈街面犯罪防控机制

近些年来,以"两抢一盗"为主的街面犯罪仍然十分猖獗。因此,必须引起公安机关乃至全社会的高度重视,应建立防控街面犯罪的六种机制。即:建立外来人口和出租房屋的管理机制;建立以快制快、专门打击街面犯罪的集约化队伍新机制;建立以科技信息为支撑的监控机制;建立民众积极参与的群防机制;建立集中整治与常态管理的工作机制;建立标本相结合的综合整治机制。

On Control System of Street Crimes

In recent years,the crimes happened in streets oriented by "Two Kinds of Robbery and One Kind of Stealing" were rampant.Therefore,it must be attached the great importance by public security organs even the whole society.The following 6 systems are supposed to build on the crimes prevention: 1.The management system towards floating population and rental rooms;2.New concentrated system against crimes happened in streets;3.The supervision system of scientific data-based setup;4.The mass participant prevention system;5.The work system combining with organized regulation and normal management;6.The comprehensive system of the combination on symptoms and root cause.
