| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下 ,随着企业各种关系的变化 ,工会维护职工合法权益的方法、内容也将发生深刻的变化。在当前的形势下 ,要真正做好维权工作 ,必须正确处理维护职工长远利益与现实利益的关系 ,必须不断提高工会干部和职工队伍的素质。
