| Abstract: | The simplified judgement of ordinary procedure which characterized Chinese features was a kind of criminal defence procedure .It caters to the tread of development that modern jurisprudence chased efficiency. Both theory and practice possessed an urgent need to construct it with necessity and reasons.Meanwhile, in order to prevent judges from breaking out bounds,the court should make some related measures to control it. |
