摘    要:本文作者介绍了利用薄层淀粉凝胶电泳对血斑酸性磷酸酶(EAP)、腺苷激酶(AK)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)和6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶(6-PGD)同时电泳分型的方法,同时报道了这四种酶在北京地区汉族人中的表型分布和基因频率.

Abstract:A report is given on the simultaneous electrophoresis of four isoenzyme systems from the human bloodstain fibers using 1 mm thick starch gel and Na_2HPO_4 -Citric acid buffer system, pH5. 5. Bloodstain fibers were inserted into gels via an application slit. The electrode wick distance was 20 cm and electrophoresis was carried out at 150V(7.5V/cm) for 16 hours at 5℃.Gene frequencies and discrimination probabilities of four isoenzyme systems were computed in Han nationality from 120 blood donors from Beijing.
