| Abstract: | Iternational relations are the external conditions in which constitutions are operating .The development of international relations become a critical factor to the progress of constitutions. Surveying the connections between the international relations since the birth of early modern constitutions and the constitutions advancement, will clarity the veining of constitution's birth and development all over the world. This can also help people seize the latest tendency of future constitutions. |
