| 摘 要： | 在对刑事责任能力的主体资格和概念界定的问题上,应从犯罪心理学的视角加以具体化,着重探讨刑事责任能力的心理学基础,通过与司法精神病鉴定的比较分析,发现心理学模式下的刑事责任能力鉴定的优势,并在此基础上进一步具体化刑事责任能力考察的心理学维度和指标。

| Abstract: | This article is based on the definition in the main qualifications and concepts of criminal responsibility in criminal law from a psychological perspective,to be specific,focused on the psychological basis of criminal responsibility,identification and forensic psychiatric analysis pointed out the advantages of psychological mode of criminal responsibility identification,dimensions and indicators of the psychology of criminal responsibility investigation and more specific on this basis. |
