商业贿赂犯罪预防机制之完善

当前经济社会中,商业贿赂犯罪在经济活动中不断蔓延,逐渐渗透到商业活动各个领域、各个行业之中,是制约现代社会经济发展的＂毒瘤＂,它不但严重破坏了我国的社会主义市场经济秩序,损害了消费者的合法权益,而且极大地抑制了国民经济的健康发展。惩治商业贿赂犯罪,净化社会环境,已成为政府、企业和公众的共识。笔者试从商业贿赂犯罪的内涵出发,辨析罪与非罪的界限所在,以期防范商业贿赂犯罪机制的有效完善。
