| 摘 要： | 成都城乡一体化模式是指以科学发展观为指导,以政府主导为起点、集中发展为实践路线、城乡统筹为手段、公众受益为最终目标的城乡一体化发展道路。当前,正值中央实施西部大开发战略之际,同处西部的成都发展模式对西部大开发是具有相当重要的比较意义和借鉴作用。
