| Affiliation: | Sanjeev Sridharan, Ph.D. is a senior evaluation specialist at Westat in Rockville, MD. Dr. Sridharan has extensive analytical experience in community and longitudinal evaluations and has worked on a wide range of substantive and evaluation issues, including community collaborative initiatives, juvenile justice and delinquency prevention, substance abuse treatment, criminal justice system reform, and sentencing. His methodological expertise are in spatial econometrics, multilevel models, and time series analysis. Dr. Sridharan is an Associate Editor of the American Journal of Evaluation.; Lynette Greenfield is the Research and Evaluation Manager of the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). In this position she is responsible for managing and directing the agency's research, evaluation, and forecasting activities. In this capacity, she also has directed an NU-funded study of juvenile transfers in Virginia and has presented at the past three annual meetings of the American Society of Criminology. Previously Lynette was DJJ's Senior Economist and served as the primary representative from the department for the Inmate Population Forecast Technical Review Committee. Lynette earned a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University and began her career in criminal justice with the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice as a Research Analyst and then as a Sr. Research Analyst before moving to the department of Juvenile Justice in 1996.;Baron Blakley, M.A., is an Evaluation Specialist focusing on juvenile justice issues in the Resarch Center at the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services. Mr. Blakley also served as the Research and Planning Supervisor at the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice, where he worked to inform policy-making and long-range planning decisions through the use of database analysis, focused evaluations, and offender population projections. |
