| 摘 要： | 律师制度的建立与完善是一个国家司法制度民主化的重要表现之一。探讨近代律师制度的发展过程 ,对完善我国现代律师制度具有重要意义。通过对中国近代律师制度由萌芽到确立的发展过程的探讨 ,分析了其中的得与失。
