| Abstract: | Because of mass incidents happen occasionally and hard to be predicted nowadays,the influence of intelligence work is becoming more important than before.Today we can't settle incidents without timely and exact intelligence.Therefore,only if we establish and develop complete gathering system,analyzing system,reporting system,estimating system and rewarding system,can we know the condition of mass incidents which happened in border area at our finger tips.And that is base of determination for dealing with incidents better. |
