| 摘 要： | 公正与效率是刑事诉讼程序的两大价值目标,刑事简易程序则是公正和效率最大化的结合。香港和大陆刑事简易程序各有不同特点,加深两地之间的相互了解,发现值得借鉴推广的立法宗旨和司法规则,从而相互研习、取长补短,有助于推动两地刑事简易程序立法的发展和完善。

| Abstract: | The fairness and efficiency are the two main value targets of the proceedings of criminal procedure;the criminal summary procedure combined fairness and efficiency maximally.But the summary procedures have their own different characteristics between Hong Kong and Chinese mainland.It is help to promote legislative developments and perfection of the criminal summary procedure in two places and enhance the mutual understanding that they learn from each other. |
