| Abstract: | The supervision of police work is very essential to ensure the strict, impartial and civilized law enforcement by police. To cope with the practical problems in the supervision, "four developments" should be carried out, and this can lead to an efficient supervisory mechanism which has the characteristics of initiative, foresightness and profoundity. |
