转型期公安院校教师发展支撑体系研究

转型期公安院校教师发展的支撑体系主要分为外部支撑体系和内部支撑体系。外部支撑体系包括公安行政机关、教育行政机关、人事和财政行政机关以及其他政府机关等；内部支撑体系包括公安院校、部门专业和教师个人等。只有建立一套统一、科学、合理的教师发展内外部支撑体系，才能促进公安院校教师发展，才能更好地培养公安院校的学生，为公安教育、高等教育作出积极的贡献。

The support system for teachers＂ development in police academies in transformation period mainly consists of th,e external support system and internal support system, the former including public security administrative organs, the education administrations, personnel and financial administrations, and other government agencies, etc., the latter including police academies along with the programs and teachers, etc., in different departments. The promotion of teachers＇ development and better cultivation of the students in police academies call for establishment of a unified, scientific and reasonable internal and external support system for teachers＂ development, which positively contributes to public security education and higher education.
