边境地区警民沟通存在的问题及对策

做好我国边境地区的警民沟通工作，有利于构建和谐的警民关系、强化民警自身能力建设、激发群众参与边境治安工作的积极性。可当前边防民警与群众的沟通工作还存在不少问题，应该树立宗旨意识和典型示范，掌握警民沟通技巧，提高执法能力，消除警民沟通障碍，共同做好新时期边境地区的安全稳定工作。

On the Problems in Communication between the Police and the Masses in the Border Areas

A sound communication between the police and the masses in the border areas contributes to construction of harmonious relationship between the police and the masses, enhancement of the police-masses＂ self-capability construction and motivation of the masses＂ active involvement in the public security activities in the border areas.
