公安院校“体改生”思想道德状况与教育对策探析

招录体制改革背景下公安院校大学生作为预备警官,其思想道德素质关系到公安队伍建设。调查显示,当前＂体改生＂入警动机不纯、道德素质偏低,现行的德育教学也存在着效果欠佳等问题。必须从强化＂体改生＂警察职业道德教育、强化行为养成教育和完善士官生思想道德知识结构等方面加以改进。

Analysis on Ideological and Moral Status of the Students Enrolled after the Reform of the Recruitment System in Police Academies and Educational Methods

As reserve police officers who are enrolled in police academies under the background of the reform of the recruitment system, their ideological and moral qualities will produce an influence on the construction of police force. Survey reveals some problems existing such as their motives to join in the police are not pure; moral qualities are low and the current moral education teaching also has the problem of poor effect. Therefore the author suggests making an improvement through strengthening police occupational moral education, behavior- forming education and perfecting their moral knowledge structure.
