| 摘 要： | 在煤炭产业是支柱产业的乡宁县,非法买卖、运输、储存、使用民爆物品的现象十分普遍,管理工作中应堵疏结合,加大管理力度,深入开展治爆缉枪专项行动,严厉打击各类涉爆违法犯罪,还应建立民爆物品长效管理机制,防止涉爆事故和案件的发生。

| Abstract: | The coal industry is a pillar industry of Xiangning County so that the phenomena of illegal trade,transportation,storage and use of explosives are widespread.Management organs should strengthen work,develop deeply special operation to confiscate explosives and firearms,crack down on all types of explosive-related crime,and establish explosives'long-term management mechanism to prevent explosive-related accidents and cases. |
