| 摘 要： | 本文观察了离体兔心肌自溶的超微结构改变,结果发现心肌细胞中线粒体及核的改变与时间的关系较为密切,尤其是线粒体基质内出现的絮状致密体,这些改变对法医学早期推断死亡时间有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Postmortem autolytic ultrastructural changes of rabbit myocardium were observed in vitor.It was
found that there was close relationship between the time lapse and the ultrastructural changes of mitoch-
ondria(especially the appearance of flocculent matridensities)and nuclei of myocardial cells.It can be
used to determine the time of death in unknown cases. |
